The stay was absolutely special. The rooms were comfortable quiet and beautifully maintained, it was clean and big venue. The position was good and incredible, restaurants and pubs are walking distance to the hotel. We had a comfortable bedroom.

I didn't want to leave and would come there again. The venue was homey and fabulous, I appreciated the stay and the location was magnificent close enough to esplanade as well as nearby Restaurants.

My family and I appreciated being there. The staff there were very welcoming and super-friendly. It was nice to have exceptional cereals and fruit in the morning. The location was marvellous in a really quiet area, not far from shops pubs and lovely sandy beach. My stay was an excellent experience.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a good area, short walk to the town centre, beach shops and local attractions. The location was marvellous and lovely - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Visited Lido, one of the tourist spots, located not too far from the venue.

It's big small hotel, everything is very good here. The location is residential, so close to centre of Lytham St Annes, shops and the beach. Also, Ashton Gardens can be quickly reached, it’ s just 1 km away. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is fab.

Well prepared breakfast, especially bangers, fresh bread, cakes, cereal and pastries, the staff was impeccable. Enjoyable location, next to the beach and bars and restaurants, however the area was quite poor. Reasonably priced hotel with an efficient service.
